The Community Council

The Community Council of the Hall-Mercer Community Mental Health and Retardation Center consists of a group of community and hospital volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring that high quality behavioral health care is uniformly provided to people seeking help at Hall-Mercer.

Our mission is:

  • To inform the community about Hall-Mercer services.
  • To acquire feedback from the community about behavioral health needs and experiences.
  • Join with other advocacy groups to influence behavioral health service policy.
