The Community Council of the Hall-Mercer Community
Mental Health and Retardation Center consists
of a group of community and hospital volunteers
who are dedicated to ensuring that high quality
behavioral health care is uniformly provided
to people seeking help at Hall-Mercer.
Our mission is:
To inform the community about Hall-Mercer
services.
To acquire feedback from the community about
behavioral health needs and experiences.
Join with other advocacy groups to influence
behavioral health service policy.
Recommend needed improvements and additions
to behavioral health services.
