Non-Surgical Services

Botox™

Botox™ is a non-surgical procedure that smoothes wrinkles, frown lines and crows feet in the upper portion of your face. The procedure is performed through tiny, painless injections that relax the facial muscles for up to four months. It is a quick and simple treatment with no down time or recovery period.

Chemical Peels

Physician strength chemical peels are treatments that dramatically improve wrinkles, photo-damaged skin, acne, acne scars and hyperpigmentation resulting in smoother and more even-toned textured skin. These peels range from superficial to deep depth applications and are performed by board-certified physicians. These treatments require minimal recovery.

Chemical peel services:

  • Jesner's Peel an intense, superficial exfoliating chemical peel designed for more aggressive treatment of skin discoloration and acne. There is no down time after this treatment.
  • Trichloracetic Acid or TCA Peel treats fine superficial lines, blemishes and hyperpigmentation. The peel can be applied as a superficial or medium depth peel depending on the concentration. Recovery time is approximately 7 – 10 days.
  • Phenol Peel is a medium depth peel for more serious sun-damaged skin or deeper facial wrinkles, flaws and discoloration. This procedure requires 10 –14 days to heal.

Filler Substances: Restylane™, Radiesse™, Sculptra®

  • Restylane™ is used to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. It is an injectable natural gel substance, called hyaluronic acid, that is free from animal proteins. Restylane™ does not require allergy testing and it is gentle and safe for your skin. The results are immediate and produce a long-lasting, more youthful appearance.
  • Radiesse™ is used for facial shaping and contouring including augmentation of the nose, cheeks, face and lips. It is a synthetic, injectable filler substance made of tiny particles of calcium hydroxylapatite. Radiesse™ is a safe, effective, and offers immediate, long-lasting results.
  • Sculptra® is also called a “liquid face lift.” Sculptra is a made of poly-L-lactic acid, an injectable filler substance safely used since 1999. It helps correct facial fat loss or lipoatrophy often characterized by sunken cheeks, indentations and hollow eyes. It works by filling in lines and wrinkles while stimulating the body to produce new collagen and underlying tissue creating a fuller, more youthful appearance.

Laser Services: ELOS Facial Rejuvenation, ELOS Hair Removal

  • ELOS® Facial Rejuvenation is excellent for treating facial skin problems including hyperpigmentation, sun-damaged skin, rosacea, and texture, pores, fine lines and scars. It is an advanced laser therapy combining state-of-the-art intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments with bipolar radio frequency to stimulate collagen production. Most people require several treatments to achieve desired results and maintenance is recommended. In addition to the face, this treatment is also recommended for other body parts including hands, chest and back.
  • ELOS® Hair Removal is an excellent method for removing unwanted hair of all skin types and hair colors including white, gray, red and blonde. This advanced technology combines intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments with bipolar radio frequency that is more effective than laser and light-based hair removal systems. Several treatments are necessary over the course of four to six weeks.

Thread Lift

This innovative procedure does not replace a conventional facelift; however, it offers patients a minimally invasive approach with immediate results. Contour thread lifts treat conditions including:

  • lifting sagging eyebrows
  • repositioning sagging cheeks
  • adjusting asymmetric jowls and necks

The procedure is performed in the office under general anesthesia. The thread is inserted under the skin in an umbrella-like method. The tension creates suspension and gently lifts sagging tissues of the brow and face. The results achieve 50% - 70% of a traditional facelift.

Surgical Services

Browlift or Forehead Lift

A browlift, or forehead lift, are surgical procedures that remove wrinkles or frown lines of the forehead and elevate the eyebrows for a fresher, more youthful appearance. These procedures are performed separately or in conjunction with each other to correct sagging forehead skin, eyebrows, and upper eyelids.

Dermabrasion

Dermabrasion is a surgical procedure that improves the appearance of facial skin damaged by acne or other small scars or to remove moles, tattoos or fine wrinkles, especially around the mouth. Dermabrasion is a “sanding” technique that removes the top layers of the skin with a high-speed rotating brush or wheel device.

Eyelid Surgery

Eyelid lifts, or blepharoplasty, are a surgical cosmetic procedure that corrects a “tired” or “aging” appearance often characterized by drooping upper eyelids, puffy bags or pouches below the eyes or wrinkling. The procedure includes removing excess fat, skin or muscle from the lower and upper eyelids.

Facelift

Facelifts, or rhytidectomy, are a surgical procedure to make facial features appear younger or more youthful. Facelifts repair sagging, drooping, and wrinkled skin of the facial and neck areas by removing excess fat, tightening facial or neck skin or underlying muscles.

Facial Implants including Chin and Cheeks

Facial implants are commonly used to improve bone structure or sagging tissue of the chin or cheeks to enhance appearance and reshape or resize these facial features. The implants used during this procedure may be made of real bone or a synthetic material.

Midface Lifting

Midface lifts are a surgical procedure to “lift” the triangular area formed by the two corners of the eyes and the corners of the mouth. People with sagging cheeks, nasal furrows, thin or down-turned corners of the lips seeking a more youthful appearance may benefit from this procedure.

Moh's Surgical Repair

Moh's surgery is used to treat skin cancer, especially basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma. This procedure offers the highest chance for complete removal of the cancerous tissue while keeping as much of the healthy tissue intact as possible.

Neck Contouring

Neck Liposuction

Neck liposuction is a procedure that removes fat deposits under the neck and chin to give a person a more youthful appearance.

Rhinoplasty or Nose Reshaping

Rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a “nose job,” is one of the most common surgical cosmetic procedures. Rhinoplasty is also used to correct some breathing problems. People of all ages routinely undergo nose surgery for many reasons including:

  • reshaping the nose by reducing or increasing its size
  • removing a “hump” in the nose
  • changing the nose's shape
  • narrowing the nostrils
  • changing the spacing between the nose and upper lip
