Know your Blood Pressure
One-third of all Americans with high blood pressure
don’t even know they have it. Having high
blood pressure and not knowing it puts you at
risk for stroke, heart attack, heart failure and
kidney failure.
February is Heart Month and the perfect time
to make an appointment to get your blood pressure
