Know your Blood Pressure

One-third of all Americans with high blood pressure don’t even know they have it. Having high blood pressure and not knowing it puts you at risk for stroke, heart attack, heart failure and kidney failure.

February is Heart Month and the perfect time to make an appointment to get your blood pressure checked. You are also invited to come to a free blood pressure screening and to pick up heart healthy materials at the following locations:

  • Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania - February 14th
    2 Founders
Outside the cafeteria from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
    Driving Directions
  • Pennsylvania Hospital - February 14th
    1 Cathcart
Outside the cafeteria from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
    Driving Directions
  • Penn Presbyterian Medical Center - February 22nd
    1 Wright-Saunders
Outside the cafeteria from 12:00 to 1:00pm
    Driving Directions

Test your high blood pressure IQ and encourage friends and family to have their blood pressure checked regularly.
