• An inspiring tribute to loved ones, family or friends who have passed on or have been touched by heart disease or stroke.

Trail Route Markers (pdf)

• A sign with a heart-healthy message sponsored by your company or family will be displayed prominently along the walk route.
• A route marker with directional arrow will be displayed along walk route with your company name.
