Penn Health for Women has recently suffered
a devastating loss with the unexpected passing
of Michelle Battistini, MD, director of Penn
Health for Women.
Dr. Battistini leaves behind a legacy of excellence
in clinical care and education and a spirit of
caring and commitment that will go unsurpassed.
She will always be remembered for her intense
passion in providing the highest quality of healthcare
and service for women.
Dr. Battistini's personal charisma and outstanding
reputation always put her services in high demand
with patients. She also had a growing national
and international reputation for menopause care
and was recently named as one of the region's "top
docs" by Philadelphia Magazine.
She will be greatly missed by patients and colleagues
alike at Penn Health for Women and the University
of Pennsylvania Health System.
