Intensive Care Nursery (ICN)

Full-term Infants
Equally important to the specialized care of sick newborns is the care and medical supervision of healthy full-term infants. A team is ready at all times to respond to emergencies in the delivery rooms. Each infant in the term nursery is examined by the pediatric staff on a daily basis.

Parents are educated on the care of their baby, including breastfeeding. A team of pediatricians, nurse practitioners, nurses, lactation consultants and social workers provide education and care.
