All of Penn’s Intensive Care Nurseries (ICN) are staffed by physicians, who are highly trained in infant intensive care, from The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Our Level III ICNs offer the highest level of care for sick and premature infants. We encourage family visitation and provide private settings for breastfeeding or for parents to meet their baby’s care team.
