The
Construction Management and Building of the Perelman
Center for Advanced Medicine is managed
under a joint venture of LF Driscoll Company
and McKissak & McKissak.
As the the Perelman
Center construction management team, Driscoll/McKissak
is a guide, acting as the liaison between the
architects and planners and those who bring the
project to life. They assure that each
endeavor undertaken is a work of quality and
value that is completed safely and on time from
the initial concept through occupancy.
During
the design stage of a the Perelman
Center project, Driscoll/McKissak
has acted as a consultant, advising the health
system planners and architects on construction
issues such as the availability of experienced
construction labor, the ability of the local
construction industry to handle particular construction
techniques and the cost and availability of building
materials. As the project progresses, they continue
monitor the schedule, looking ahead for potential
roadblocks that might delay project completion
and develop solutions to any problems that may
arise.
