Each practice provides comprehensive care
to adults, including primary care and prevention
of illness. Physicians treat patients with
a wide array of conditions including hypertension,

the need arise, the faculty also care for
patients admitted to Penn Presbyterian
Medical Center.
Family Medicine
Physicians within the
Department of Family Medicine and Community
Health at Penn Presbyterian
focus on the individual
and family's health. Our family
physicians are committed to providing
personalized care for each patient
as a person and taking the time
to develop one-on-one relationships
that cover emotional as well as physical
health care needs.
Family physicians are skilled in comprehensive
health care for the entire family,
encompassing broad knowledge about
each organ system and disease entity.
Emphasis is placed on health education, screening,
prevention, care of
chronic diseases such as high blood
pressure and diabetes, and continuity of care.
