Falls and Balance Program

The Falls and Balance Program at Pennsylvania Hospital is designed to provide patients with Parkinson's disease, who are at risk of falling, specialized care to assist in their daily living. If a patient is identified as being at risk for injury, they will qualify for one of the following:

  • one-on-one physical therapy
  • group exercise class
  • home assessment

Our goal is to provide each patient the security and confidence they need to maintain their daily activities. If you or a loved one have Parkinson's disease and would like to be evaluated, contact the Falls and Balance Program at Pennsylvania Hospital.
