From the North via I-95
Take I-95 south to exit 22 Callowhill Street toward Independence Hall I-676 E. Turn right onto Callowhill Street. Turn left onto North 6th Street. Follow 6th Street for about a mile and turn right onto Lombard Street. The Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse campus is located at 1800 Lombard Street.

From the Ben Franklin Bridge via 676
After you cross the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, turn left onto North 8th Street. Follow North 8th Street for about one mile and make a right onto Lombard Street. The Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse campus is located at 1800 Lombard Street.

From the South via I-95
Take I-95 North past the Philadelphia International Airport. Take exit 13 to merge onto PA-291 E/Penrose Ave toward Valley Forge. After crossing the Platt Bridge, proceed about a mile to a traffic light and turn left onto 26th Street toward I-76 West. Take exit 345 for Market Street toward 30th Street. Go straight ahead and turn right onto Chestnut. Follow Chestnut to 21st Street and turn right onto 21st Street. Follow 21st Street and make a left onto South Street. Follow South Street to 8th Street and make a left onto Lombard Street. The Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse campus is located at 1800 Lombard Street.  

From the West
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike East to exit 326 to merge onto I-76 East toward I-476/Philadelphia/US202/ Valley Forge. Continue on I-76 East for about 18 miles and bear left at exit 344 I-676 East (Vine Street Expressway) toward Central Philadelphia,. Follow 676 to the Broad Street/Central Philadelphia exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto N. 15th Street. Follow 15th Street to Lombard Street and make a right. The Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse campus is located at 1800 Lombard Street.
