Mindfulness for You
Our eight-week public program is conducted
three times a year (fall, winter and spring)
and is a thorough introduction to mindfulness
meditation. Our techniques help you to better
understand your unique responses to stress, and
to re-connect with your inner compass. Our graduates
report a renewed sense balance in their lives,
a calmer presence and an increased resiliency
in managing difficult situations.
Advanced Mindfulness Courses
For individuals who have completed our eight-week
public program, and would like to further explore
mindfulness practices, we offer a variety of
advanced mindfulness-based programs each year
which provide more detailed instruction in the
use of mindfulness to manage stress and attain
goals.
Mindfulness in the Workplace
Many of your highly functioning, educated and
successful employees suffer from stress – which
compromises productivity in your organization. Your
stressed employees are unable to focus and they're

and caregivers living with illness. We have developed programs for people living
with: addictions, Multiple Sclerosis, grieving, cancer, and obesity and binge

Mindfulness in the Community
Community groups collaborate with us to
better serve their constituents. Teachers,
social workers, police officers and parents
have learned how to better care for themselves
and to strengthen their commitment to their
