Our Programs

Mindfulness for You
Our eight-week public program is conducted three times a year (fall, winter and spring) and is a thorough introduction to mindfulness meditation. Our techniques help you to better understand your unique responses to stress, and to re-connect with your inner compass. Our graduates report a renewed sense balance in their lives, a calmer presence and an increased resiliency in managing difficult situations.

Advanced Mindfulness Courses
For individuals who have completed our eight-week public program, and would like to further explore mindfulness practices, we offer a variety of advanced mindfulness-based programs each year which provide more detailed instruction in the use of mindfulness to manage stress and attain goals.

Mindfulness in the Workplace
Many of your highly functioning, educated and successful employees suffer from stress – which compromises productivity in your organization. Your stressed employees are unable to focus and they're unhappy. A rapidly growing number of top managers are taking our classes to learn how to manage stress and achieve greater focus and productivity.

We can help you and your employees to learn our simple, effective techniques that provide stress relief, relaxation, and renewal in and outside of work.

Mindfulness in Health Care
We have worked with patients and their caregivers to manage the stress inherent in coping with illness. We are working towards bridging the gap between patients and professionals to make health care more satisfying, effective and personal. Our programs result in enhanced quality of care and stronger, more satisfying relationships between patients and health care professionals.   

  • For Professionals:
    Health care professionals and organizations come to us to re-energize their passion for healing, and to manage the pressures of working in the health care industry. Our customized courses for health care workers focus on helping you to understand the relationship between stress and disease, enhance your communication in your interactions with your patients, and renew your commitment and focus to your profession.
  • For Patients and Caregivers:
    Graduates of our public program have urged us to develop programs for people and caregivers living with illness. We have developed programs for people living with: addictions, Multiple Sclerosis, grieving, cancer, and obesity and binge eating. We design unique programs for people with health challenges who can benefit from a simple regimen of self-care.

Mindfulness in the Community
Community groups collaborate with us to better serve their constituents. Teachers, social workers, police officers and parents have learned how to better care for themselves and to strengthen their commitment to their cause, which enhances their ability to help others. We can work with you to develop a customized program that addresses your unique challenges, supports and reenergizes your vision in serving the community and enhances your organization's capacity to thrive.
