Our Public Stress Management Course

The Penn Program for Stress Management (PPSM) helps you to enhance your overall health and quality of life through the simple and effective stress reduction techniques, based on the practice of mindfulness meditation, taught by our professional instructors.

You will learn to cultivate a nonjudgmental, non-reactive sense of self and gain a clearer picture of your life and greater understanding of how to care for yourself.

Course Specifics
Our eight-week public program is conducted three times per year (fall, winter and spring) and is a thorough introduction to mindfulness meditation.

The course is offered in six convenient locations:

  • Philadelphia, PA (University City and Old City)
  • Bryn Mawr, PA
  • Willow Grove, PA
  • Moorestown, NJ
  • Wilmington, DE

The techniques you will learn will help you to relax your mind and body and gain a better understanding of your unique responses to stress.
