Our Public Stress Management Course
Our eight-week public program is conducted
three times per year (fall, winter and spring)
and is a thorough introduction to mindfulness
meditation.
The course is offered in six convenient locations:

to relax your mind and body and gain a better
understanding of your unique responses to stress.
