2006 Heart Walk
September 24, 2006, marked the 8th year of the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Philadelphia. The walk was a success in large part because of all of the supporters, UPHS staff, families, and friends, who came out the day of the walk.
The funds that were raised will help the American Heart Association support a variety of research grants and educational programs throughout the year. UPHS and the School of Medicine are among the entities that will benefit from these grants and programs.
We thank you for your continued efforts in helping the Heart Walk grow and we look forward to seeing you back next year.
